Integrity Services & Plumbing
is a family-owned business proudly serving the Rio Grande Valley (RGV) since January 2021. Founded and operated by the Minson family, we offer professional plumbing services backed by decades of experience and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Our Expertise
Our team is led by JR Minson, a master plumber with over 25 years of industry experience. His extensive portfolio showcases our capability to handle diverse and complex projects, including:
- Healthcare facilities and educational institutions
- High-rise buildings in metropolitan areas like Houston
- Specialized installations for major construction projects
JR’s expertise extends to tackling uniquely challenging assignments, such as installing storm drains while suspended from ropes at heights up to 295 feet during the construction of the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia.

Our Journey
In 2020, the Minson family moved to the RGV, bringing their extensive knowledge and dedication to the region. By January 2021, they launched Integrity Services & Plumbing with a vision to offer superior plumbing services tailored to the local community’s needs.
Our Values
